30 of the most talented U15 cricketers in the Outer East region gather for the U15 Development Squad; 3 Knox Gardens boys were invited to trial; Niraj DeSilva, Zach Flintoff and Lachlan Gray.
Run by Region Manager Jarrod Leggett the boys were put through their paces and hopefully all came out of the program better cricketers.
10 of the 30 boys participating in the program were invited to join the U16 squad trials. Regional Cricket Manager Jarrod Leggett said "The standard, energy and enthusiasm across the 2 sessions were very pleasing". "No doubt the boys took something out of the 2 sessions that will not only improve their game but also some of their mates at their local club" he went onto say.
Congratulations to Niraj DeSilva and Lachlan Gray who were selected to join the U16 squad.
